Supersonic passenger travel is the aim of a number of innovators CREDIT: GETTY
A new hypersonic aircraft could ferry passengers anywhere in the world in under three hours.
Travelling at up to 3,800 miles an hour, more than six times the speed of a typical commercial jet and twice as fast as a supersonic aircraft, it has been developed for the Chinese military, but could be used for passengers.
Researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences say they have tested a scaled-down model of the hypersonic jet in a wind tunnel, where it reached a top speed of 5,343 km/ph.
Writing in the Physics, Mechanics and Astronomy journal, Cui Kai said: “It will take only a couple of hours to travel from Beijing to New York at hypersonic speed.
“This could provide more convenient and efficient transportation than present subsonic airplanes for long-distance journeys in future.’
The aircraft will have two sets of wings that use one another to reduce turbulence and drag.
What is hypersonic travel?
What is hypersonic travel?
It is loosely defined as “Mach 5”, or five times faster than the speed of sound, which would be 6,200km per hour at sea level
Why is it difficult to achieve?
In hypersonic travel, temperatures get so hot that the air molecules become unstable and start losing electrons. The air begins to change chemically and becomes an electrically-charged field
How close are we?
So far, most hypersonic test flights have been…… Read the entire article <<<HERE>>>
The end of passports
Face recognition technology is being trialled at airports CREDIT: THIS CONTENT IS SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT./STEGERPHOTO
Facial recognition technology is making great gains. A British company is planning on installing biometric tunnels at Dubai International Airport later this year, where people’s faces will be checked as they pass through against a digital passport photos.
Australia also plans to test a similar “contactless” passport control system that checks arrivals against electronic versions of passports and biometric cues. It would let passengers “literally just walk out like at a domestic airport” and is expected to begin in March 2019.

Protus “Smart” Magara (left) and Danillo Santana (right)
The following information provided in “D9 Clube Arrests” is for your information only and has been collected from various sources online.
After the collapse of the D9 Clube, Danillo Santana fled from Brazil and eventually landed in Dubai.
Whether he knew it or not, Santana had made it onto The Red Broadcast, (Interpol’s wanted list) as head of an International Pyramid/Ponzi Scheme.
“A Red Notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. It is based on an arrest warrant or court order issued by the judicial authorities in the requesting country. Member countries apply their own laws in deciding whether to arrest a person.” Source – Interpol Red Notice.

The Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (MP-RS) the equivalent of The Attorney General’s Office was instructed to extradite Danilo Santana after being appointed by the Criminal Court of Sapiranga according to the police of Rio Grande do Sul and Bahiawhere the D9Clube did most of their initial damage.
The original arrest request was revoked due to problems with sending the documents to the Arab country. However, the decision was revised and reversed through appeal, and according to the internet, Santana was arrested in Dubai in February 2018 awaiting extradition back to Brazil.
What has happened since then, I cannot be completely sure of but I welcome any comments in the comments section below for any updates.
From left to right, Protus Smart Magara, Danillio Santana, and Luis Durigon.
The D9 Clube primarily targeted Brazillion investors (their official headquarters was situated in the International Trade Center of Recife, Brazil.) but went International with a huge presence in Africa under the leadership of Protus “Smart” Magara. Luis Durigon was in charge of recruiting MLM leaders in Europe, the USA, and Canada who would then spread the virus to Asia and other parts of the World.
It is bordered by Namugongo Road to the north, the community of Bwebajja and Kampala–Entebbe Road to the east, Namulanda to the southeast, Palm Valley Golf and Country Club to the south, and the community of Sekiwunga and Entebbe–Kampala Expressway to the west.
Magara was living the “High Life” in a residence fitted with CCTV cameras to provide comprehensive surveillance of his property, a huge swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a guest house larger than the mansions of most millionaires in the country.
Although his actual residence could not be found online, the video below illustrates the type of lifestyles being lived there.

Pretty nice area when compared to the rest of the Nation.
It is also from where former President and Military Dictator Idi Amin Dada ruled.

The incident occurred on a Friday evening.
A surprise raid on the home of Protus Magara, where the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) operatives closed in on him.
Wearing plain clothes, the armed security forces sealed off the expansive home.
Eyewitnesses spotted about 20 CMI operatives wielding automatic weapons along the entire perimeter wall.
Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire confirmed the raid on the property saying Magara had been arrested and weapons recovered from his luxurious home.
The raid was the result of Magara heading a nefarious pyramid/Ponzi online sports trading platform known as D9 Club, which had mini-offices in Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda.
“Magara was arrested after a search of his home and he is still with the military. He was found with a gun, which has serial numbers of the army,” Oweyesigyire said.
He, however, said details about the arrest could be obtained from the army.
‘It’s true, CMI and police recovered an AK7 assault rifle and three magazines full of live bullets from Magara’s home.” Said Oweyesigre. Source – Chimp Reports.
Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the gun had serial numbers of the UPDF.
UPDF stands for The Uganda People’s Defence Force, previously known as the National Resistance Army. It is the armed forces of Uganda.
Magara said he received the gun from UPDF. When asked to provide documentation to prove his assertions, he could not give any.
The raid was executed as a result of suspicion that he was a top leader of D9 Club, an internet-based pyramid scheme operated by Danillo Santana and others, and was banned in various parts of Africa where he continued to operate.
On top of numerous Corruption, Wire-Fraud, and Money-Laundering Violations, Magara will also face charges related to the illegal possession of a firearm. While Magara lives a luxurious life, his source of wealth has always remained a mystery.
This would also raise the eyebrows of the Tax Authorities in the jurisdiction where he resides.
The Bank of Uganda (BOU) ordered the freezing of D9 Club accounts in all commercial banks, and according to a circular issued to all management of commercial banks, credit institutions, and microfinance deposit-taking institutions, BOU issued to them Magara’s biodata.
The National Bank of Rwanda Governor John Rwangombwa announced the ban on the illegal D9 Clube organization which he said had “illegally set its foot in the country and was operating under the name of Smart Protus Magra through his account number 10021007211913 in Equity Bank Uganda.”
Rwangombwa notified banks of “this scam” and required them to put in place “adequate controls to prevent the transfer of funds to this scheme and stop its spread across the country.”
Magara’s arrest was the latest of CMI operations in and around the city.
Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire said Magara “was being monitored for some time” before his arrest when he was detained and interrogated by CMI operatives.
“The applicant’s case could also be grounded on other sufficient reasons. This is not defined under the Civil Procedure Rules. The applicant has not set out any other reason sufficient for the court to review its decision. ‘Any Other sufficient reason’ must mean ‘a reason sufficient on grounds, at least analogous to those specified in the rule.”

Ibadan is the capital and most populous city of Oyo State, in Nigeria. It is the third-largest city by population in Nigeria after Lagos and Kano, with a total population of 3,649,000 as of 2021, and over 6 million people within its metropolitan area. It is the country’s largest city by geographical area.
Thousands of Nigerians were swindled by the D9 Clube of Arbitrage Sports Traders operating out of Brazil. Danillo Santana, the main “Bad Actor” shared this scheme directly with Smart Protus Magara from Uganda who then spread it far and wide through Africa.
In order to do this effectively, Santana and Magara needed “Top MLM Recruiters” throughout the Country.
The man at the center of the scheme in Nigeria was Kayode Samuel a CAC Pastor and Accountant.
Click on the image to read how this man stole from Schools.
Trouble for Pastor Samual started when one of the clients he referred to the scheme, a woman, failed to realize an interest yield of N3 million after investing N1 million as promised.
According to the failed client, “I invested N1 million after I heard him speaking on the radio, talking about the “You cannot Lose” Investment…”
“…I paid the money into Samuel’s Access Bank account as I was directed. After one year, I didn’t receive the money. When I asked him to refund my money, he said the scheme had shut down because the person that started it had been murdered. I have over 200 names of people he has defrauded so far. There are still others.”
Well, the person/persons that started the scheme are all “alive and well” and awaiting extradition and court proceedings.
Samuel fled from his office in Ojodu Berger after defrauding his clients and relocated to Ibadan, Oyo State some 115 km North East away.
Paster Samuel was tracked to Ibadan and arrested by detectives attached to SEB (Special Enquiry Bureau) of the Force Criminal Investigations Department headquartered at Alagbon, Obalende, Lagos State.
The police explained that Pastor Kayode Samuel, the CEO of “Sack Your Boss, Be Your Boss,” allegedly conspired with a gentleman named Kola Banji and others still at large defrauded investor clients and fled when those clients went to the authorities.
According to the Police, when the Inspector-General of Police and Deputy Inspector-General of Police received the petition, instruction was issued to SEB detectives to “fish out” the suspects behind the alleged scam.
Detectives attached to SEB received a tip-off that Samuel and his co-conspirators were strategizing in another area of Ibadan to defraud more innocent citizens of their hard-earned money.
The detectives narrowed down the illegal activities to Oyo State where the Duo Of Samuel and Banji were arrested.
Pastor Mark Kigozi, the eloquent and humorous district former pastor of KPC East (Watoto) is now officially a fraudster, at least Bank of Uganda information shows.
The flamboyant leader of Real Life Family Church situated in Namboole stadium whose name also con-sides with the failed television show he hosts on NBS television has been singled out as one of the people being a new pyramid/Ponzi scheme that has been for almost a year now been robbing unsuspecting Ugandans of their hard-earned money electronically.
Snoops reveal that Pastor Kigozi works for a Brazilian investor Sergio Cursino to run D9 Club or D9 Clube. This scheme has been asking ‘investors’ to put in as little as Sh900, 000 and as much as Sh7 million. They promise to multiply that money nearly 5 fold within the course of one year.
The other Ugandan bigshots in D9 are Protus Smart Magara and Mr John Sebutinde.
The D9 Clube of Arbitrage Sports Investors was the biggest scam back in 2016-2017.
There are a few legitimate opportunities available online to better your presence in life. Unfortunately, they are not “Get Rich Quick.”
For those looking for “Quick” options, especially in the Cryptocurrency/Forex/Binary options markets I can only offer some guidance.
If you suspect that an individual or firm selling an investment or offering advice is not registered in their proper jurisdiction, stop dealing with them immediately. If someone who has approached you to invest tells you they are registered, check the NRS of your jurisdiction and with the registered firm they say they represent.
Returns that are “too good to be true” probably are. Bad actors often try to hook people by guaranteeing extremely high returns in a short period of time with little or no risk.
Bad Actors who promote fraudulent schemes don’t want to give you any time to figure out their game. They may also pressure you to invest a little at first. Once you invest, they will then come back looking for a larger amount.
Bad Actors may offer to help you with your investment account or ask for remote access to your computer or mobile device. Giving out your account information to these Bad Actors, or allowing them to access your computer or mobile device is extremely risky. It could result in fraud and/or identity theft.
Be wary of investments that are promoted as exclusive offers only to you and select people, like wealthy insiders, have access to them. Bad Actors like to name-drop or say they have access to famous or rich people when promoting an investment.
If an investment advisor or individual says they are giving you “confidential” investment advice, they may actually be deceiving you or their employer. Both put you at risk. It is illegal to knowingly trade on inside information.
If a firm or individual from outside of Canada is trying to open an account for you, wants to give you trading or investment advice, or is offering you an investment, be extremely wary. Brokerage firms need to register with your province or territory as dealers or advisors in order to open trading accounts or recommend investments to you.
Anti-establishment – Any individual who encourages you to subvert the government or avoid financial institutions is most likely trying to keep their illegal activities from being tracked.
Cutting out the paper trail. Without documents for investment purchases, statements, or a prospectus (a formal document that explains the details of an investment and the risks involved), a Bad Actor can easily take your money without being detected.
If the person/company selling you the investment doesn’t answer your questions or they use diversionary tactics, they’re probably trying to keep you from seeing the truth. A legitimate investment has nothing to hide.
If you do decide to do such HYIP/Ponzi schemes then get in early and do so with your “Big-Boy” pants on.
Meaning, don’t cry after the fact and keep any finger-pointing directed back to you.

What can one do when they shut you out and run away with the bitcoin and the
The ‘King of getting Rich Quick,’ Charles Ponzi became a millionaire in just six months back in the early 1920s.
Charles Ponzi was best known for the financial crimes he committed when he conned investors into giving him millions and paid them returns with other investors’ money.
Although he did not invent the scheme that later came to bear his name, Charles Ponzi’s scam was so extensive and initially lucrative that it brought national attention to the fraudulent operation for the first time.
Born Carlo Ponzi on March 3, 1882, in Parma, Italy, he arrived in Boston, USA aboard the S.S. Vancouver in November 1903.
He later told the New York Times that he had gambled most of his money on the voyage to America.
“I landed in this country with $2.50 cash and $1 million in hopes, and those hopes never left me.”
This young immigrant had charm, charisma, and confidence. The details of his early life are difficult to verify but it is believed that he was fairly well educated having attended the University Of Rome La Sapienza.
Click on the image to learn more about Charles Ponzi.
He began working his way taking odd jobs throughout the East Coast. On one particular job, he worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant sleeping on the floor, and gradually became a waiter. He was fired because he was caught shortchanging the customers and stealing from the restaurant.
In 1907 Charles Ponzi arrived in Montreal, Canada, and found a job working as a bank teller for Banco Zarossi. This bank was owned by Louis Zarossi and was very popular with thousands of Italians who had immigrated to Canada. Ponzi charmed his way and rose to become a manager at the bank where he later learned that the bank itself was in trouble.
The bank had made some risky loans that were not being repaid and desperately needed an influx of cash. He also learned that the bank was doing its own early version of a Ponzi Scheme by promising to pay the desperately needed investors 6% interest while the bank was only earning 3%. He realized that Zarossi had started dipping into the accounts of his customers to pay the investors.
Ponzi eventually found his way to get rich quickly using a ‘loophole’ within the postal system. It was completely legitimate and involved the concepts of ‘Arbitrage.’
At the time, it was common for letters going abroad to include an international reply coupon ‘Voucher.’This voucher could be exchanged for minimum postage back to the country from which the letter was sent. Thus, for example, if I sent my friend in England a letter, I could include a coupon so that he could respond back.
However, because exchange and postal rates fluctuated, there was an opportunity to make a profit. You only had to purchase postal reply coupons cheaply in some foreign country, send them back to the U.S. to swap them out for American stamps of a higher value, then sell these stamps. This arrangement was perfectly legal; it was just cleverly gaming the system. Ponzi started buying and selling postal reply coupons using agents in his native Italy, and he was making a good living doing it.
Unfortunately, whatever mental defect made Ponzi steal from his employers and pass bad checks in the past prompted him to get greedy here, too. He started to recruit investors into his system with the promise of huge returns. He borrowed $500 and with what he had learned at Banco Zarossi, he opened up a Credit Bureau of sorts and began to give obligations to pay $1500 for every $1000 invested within 90 days. The Scheme lasted only about one year.
Making it simpler, HYIP in the eyes of the novice investor represents a way to make huge amounts of money in a very short period of time without having to do anything but invest some hard-earned money.
In a Nutshell, D9 lured their victims into the program under the guise that the D9 club Executive Team was a team of highly trained and respected “Arbitrage Sports Trading’professionals that could provide an average daily return of 1.8%.
This actually made sense.
The Internet says that Long-term HYIPs are projects calculating 0.01% to 5.00% daily. D9 was claiming 1.8% daily.
Any project giving 5.00% or more can be considered short-term. So what is the attraction? I’ll tell you in a nutshell…This is a very dangerous game to play.
When the amounts that need to be paid outreach 85% of the maximum income of the HYIP Company…It is time to shut down. It is no longer sustainable. The primary reason for this is that these HYIP start-ups are not performing the way they promise to perform. They are not Trading to generate profits.
The more interest rate (return to novice investors) that is offered, the shorter the term of the HYIP run.
Actually, they made it past the year mark (approximately 16 months) and they did most of their damage in the last 2 months of their existence orchestrating their exit plan.
The short-term HYIP’s “lifetime” cannot be defined in my opinion but can be verified by my 85% assertion.
Every HYIP has its own lifetime. It’s hard to predict the end. That is why short-term HYIPs are considered to have a higher risk degree than long-term ones and offer a higher rate of return.
HYIPs pay hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. The daily income rates depend on the HYIP itself and range from 0.5% to 6%. Some even go as far as to claim 10% per day.
D9Clube was offering a daily return of 1.8% on the purchase of each $2046.00 package based on Sports Trading.
I said from the beginning, that if D9 does successful ‘Arbitrage Sports Trading‘ then there will never be a problem. Their Trading Objective is to earn 1.8% per every day of work.
Phase 1: The Launch after The Pre-Launch
Pre-launch is where people can join for free to position themselves within the organization. In other programs, they can invest a minimum to a maximum amount and have for example, ‘founder’ or ‘Premier’ status.
Investors invest Bitcoin through cash and the Admin pays the promised percentages. Admin is essentially paying out from their own pocket and the pockets of the founders and early investors at this time and are incurring losses or just breaking even.
Phase 2: The Upswing.
Enough Momentum has been acquired through the planning stages and it is time to pull the trigger.
The SCHEME is now booming and many people are signing in and investing. Many with up to One Hundred Thousand USD plus.
The potential profit of the admin now grows faster than the amount they need to pay daily to the investors. They have reached the Pinnacle. They finally have the money to do for the people what they promised. To turn the investment into regular profit.
And then that’s when most of these ponies fall apart.
They have made it this far with their shenanigansbut now the game is real.
They have sold us on the idea that they are professional traders. But they are not.
Sooner or later, the payouts will stop.
They plan their exit strategy. Can take anywhere from 10 to 40 days plus. D9 was about 40 if not a few more.
During all this time they keep you handcuffed and at ransom while at the same time encouraging you to continue to invest and reinvest.
Phase 3: The Fall.
Over time, fewer and fewer people continue investing in the platform. This means, that the potential earning is getting less, due to the fact that the admin needs to pay out a profit daily plus the MLM Bonuses. Admin decides, that now is the point of maximum earnings for them.
First, the admin stops all the payments out of the website, but allows continued investment into the program (sound familiar)?
Remember at D9…Nobody got paid for almost two months but they encouraged people to continue to purchase packages under the guise that they were making the platform even better. Then when they had ‘milked’ the program to the maximum they ran away and closed the website. So they had a run from January 2016 to approximately September 2017.
Note: Most Hyip’s hiding behind an MLM or Network Marketing structure will last much longer than an HYIP on its own.
This is why the next question is very important:
How To Minimize The Risk?
As seen in the upper graphic, the periods you are going to earn are phase 1 and 2. This means you need to join as early as possible, equivalently, you need not join too late. To find out if the HYIP is in the beginning of phase 2 or at the end is not easy.
Therefore, there are some common rules of thumb on joining hyips:
Do your homework. Especially if they are promoting the program through the issuance of a new Alt Coin or new Blockchain Technology. With these, you want to see ‘The White Paper.’
Be wary (Like D9) of Company Communication done in only one language other than English.
Have anyone that is recruiting you to show the validity of the program.
Establish if the program is a HYIP or a HYIP disguised as an MLM. Remember, the ones hiding behind an MLM structure will last much longer.
If the Hyip is just a Hyip paying more than 5% daily, then don’t join it after it has been there for more than three weeks.
If the hyip is paying between 2.5% and 5.0%, then don’t join it after it has been there for more than five weeks.
If the hyip is paying less than 1.5%, then the choice is even harder. The website might pay for a very long time like HashOcean(more than a year), or stop like Business Angels (less than three months).
Don’t get Greedy. Most HYIP’s want you to continue to roll over your gains back into the program. Would a better approach not be to extract your initial money and then play their game with their money? and finally,
Don’t forget to request your withdrawls as soon as they become available.

‘Get Rich Quick’ Schemes have mutated into an Online Monster. A ‘Network of Pitchmen’ and self-proclaimed “Guru’s” have used and are still using The Internet and the ‘Fear of Failing economies’ to play the ultimate ‘Long Con’ on innocent and unsuspecting people all around the World.
Internet Marketers that are trying to earn a living honestly are very small fish in a very large pond. We are basically just the small guys that work under a much larger business group called “The Syndicate.” Yes there is actually such a thing. Read on. This is going to blow your mind.
The Syndicate (Business Group)
Scamworld: The Video
Members of the Syndicate use online advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing and multi-level marketing to sell “info products”, such as self-published books and videos that purport to teach customers how to get rich through online business.[1] They also do lead generation for pressure-sales telemarketing companies called “boiler rooms“.[1] The Syndicate’s members use the group as a way of coordinating product launches and release dates, and of enhancing perceived credibility through social proof.[1][3] According to Syndicate member Frank Kern, “We all work together, all the top people work together.”[3]
Critic Jason Jones, who blogs as The Salty Droid, has accused the Syndicate of being acartel that harms customers through price fixing and unfair competition.[1][4]Syndicate member Frank Kern denies this, and claims that the Syndicate’s purpose is to “help the customer have a great experience”.

Such is the World of Internet Marketing. Be careful which sandbox you play in. The syndicate do not promote MLM’s (as far as I know), they focus more on products and services.
HYIP Administrators & HYIP Operators
HYIP Administrators.
Click on image to learn more about HYIP Administrators
High Yield Investment Program’s Admin. This term is very common because HYIP Admin is a key person in a high-yield investment project. The term HYIP Admin implies chief executive and even the technical administrator of the site. HYIP Admin is the most important person in the project. Very often a few people hide behind a HYIP Admin. However, the opposite scenario is also true: one person often hides behind many people. Therefore, despite the fact that many programs have pretty solid legends, developed infrastructure and a lot of convincing names, most of the regular online investors do not believe in them. Moreover, because of established attitudes to the “teams” of high-yield investment projects, the concept of “administrator” is also used as regards to the services operating in the HYIP Industry (monitors, forums, blogs, etc). Therefore, very often the employees of such services are called “admins”: Monitor Admin, Forum Admin, Blog Admin.
HYIP Operators.
Click on Image to link to Zamansky LLC.
High Yield Investment Program Operators .
At least half of the programs that operate in the market were created by professionals in this business. They launch one pyramid after another and sometimes reach the fanatical zeal in cloning and copying projects. By saying “HYIP operators”, I mean those who are engaged in systematic and consistent creation of HYIPs.
HYIP Operators differ from each other and each of them creates projects with their own distinctive features. Some of them prefer having one type of program, some prefer the simultaneous operation of programs of various types. Others do not have more than one project at a time. Fortunately, some HYIP Operators adhere to certain principles in their work and thus it is possible to determine the prospects of such operator’s programs quite accurately.

Are HYIP’s similar to a Ponzi or Pryamid Scheme?
Fraudsters frequently promote pyramid schemes through social media, Internet advertising, company websites, group presentations, conference calls, YouTube videos, and other means…
Pyramid schemes and Ponzi schemes share many similar characteristics in which unsuspecting individuals are fooled by unscrupulous operators who promise extraordinary returns. However, in contrast to a regular investment, these types of schemes can offer consistent “profits” only as long as the number of investors continue to increase. Ponzi and pyramid schemes are self sustaining as long as cash outflows can be matched by monetary inflows. The basic difference arises in the type of products that schemers offer their clients and the structure of the two ploys.
Ponzi schemes are based on fraudulent investment management services – basically investors contribute money to the “portfolio manager” who promises them a high return, and then when those investors want their money back they are paid out with the incoming funds contributed by later investors. The person organizing this type of fraud is in charge of controlling the entire operation; they merely transfer funds from one client to another and forgo any real investment activities.
On the other hand, a pyramid scheme is structured so that the initial schemer must recruit other investors who will continue to recruit other investors and those investors will then continue to recruit additional investors and so on. Sometimes there will be an incentive that is presented as an investment opportunity, such as the right to sell a particular product. Each investor pays the person who recruited them for the chance to sell this item. The recipient must share the proceeds with those at the higher levels of the pyramid structure.
There are two additional important factors to consider: the only guilty party in the Ponzi and pyramid scheme is the originator of the corrupt business practice, not the participants (as long as they are unaware of the illegal business practices). Secondly, a pyramid scheme differs from a multi-level marketing campaign which offers legitimate products.
Define a Pyramid Scheme
Don’t let your Facebook friends fool you: They’re not making money in the multi-level marketing company they keep pitching to you. And you won’t either. Multi-level marketing is not a business. More than 99% of participants in multi-level marketing (MLM) lose money.
A pyramid scheme is defined as an illegal hierarchical business model encouraging investors to recruit new members to the business model by requiring them to invest massive sums of money and then using the money from those new members to pay earlier investors. The base of the pyramid scheme consist of all the new members who provide the majority of the funds which are then given to the earlier investors who are above them, thus you have the pyramid scheme definition
In March 2014, Herbalife, a Los Angeles-based nutritional supplement company, became the newest likely pyramid scheme to be exposed when an official investigation by the United States FTC (Federal Trade Commission) was launched. The investigation began when billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman accused Herbalife of misleading the distributors, selling commodity products at excessively overinflated prices and a huge misrepresentation of sales figures.
Sources indicate that the government will most likely not shut down Herbalife, but instead sanction them with fines up to $50 million dollars for false claims of excessive income to their new investors while refusing to provide documentation to support their claims, unethical lead generations, and false product claims. If nothing else, Herbalife will most likely have to pay for their sins of the past. The FTC is not the only agency that is investigating Herbalife for operating under a pyramid scheme. The Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) is also investigating Herbalife as well as other entities.

This Article is titled “Is Africa Ready for Bitcoin?” and is “Bitcoin Ready for Africa?” Included in this article are two interviews conducted by CNN.
Some very important things to know about Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. <<<HERE>>>
What is Bitcoin Mining?
Hi,
My name is Paul.
I am your host on this site.

I am in Ontario, Canada. My little website has opened up a completely new reality for me by allowing me to share with people all around the World. I do not know why, but Africa, somehow has an attraction for me to spend my final years there and I will try to make it there to end my final days. I think it is about maybe meeting up with some of the wonderful people that I am meeting here on this site.
I am saddened (but not surprised) to know that there are so many fraudulent ponzi/hyip/mlm Schemesravaging the ‘New Frontier’ commonly known as Africa. And, many of these are Ponzi Schemes Using Virtual Currency.
I created this site in early 2016 as an information based utility for the D9 Clube operating out of Bahia, Brazil. D9 Clube is no more.
Most D9’ers that came in toward the middle and end all have their money tied up. Those that re-entered into D9.2 also have their money tied up. Many, that took out loans (Why?) are now in a position placing them unable to repay loans they took out. There is much distress.
Danillo Santana and the crew executed a very elaborate Coup and have vanished. No access to the site, no access to our back offices, nothing.
What the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) has to say on the subject of Ponzi Schemes using virtual currency:
The SEC writes, “Be suspicious if you don’t receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Ponzi scheme organizers sometimes encourage participants to “roll over” promised payments by offering higher investment returns.”
If the company holds your money hostage via convoluted withdrawal requirements, there’s a good chance it’s operating as a ponzi scheme.
This is exactly what D9 Clube did. They kept encouraging people to “Roll’ their money back in to realize higher gains.
What do Zeek Rewards, WCM777, TelexFREE, Cyber Kids, Zhunrize and eAdGear all have in common? They were all shut down as ponzi schemes AND they all had auto-reinvestment components. In legitimate network marketing programs, rewards go out based on volume. There’s no need for the company to hold YOUR money. If you earn it, you get it. In a ponzi scheme, they need to keep cash inside the system to protect themselves in the event enrollments (money coming in) slow down. What do these requirements look like? Daily withdrawal limits, percentage of your commissions automatically used to purchase more “product,” hold periods for when you can actually sell your “Coins” after purchase, etc. These measures are taken to keep cash inside the system, protecting itself in the event of a crash.
With that being said, we all know now that hundreds of thousands of people (i’m just guessing) were left holding an empty bag as a result of the D9 Ponzi.
Enough about D9. It makes my stomach turn.
Let’s get back to “Is Africa Ready for Bitcoin?”
Africa is Ripe for Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies
Click on image to link to www.news.bitcoin.com Some great articles and views.
These countries have got Exchanges and Start-ups in the crypto space, and their businesses are recognizing the significance of Cryptocurrencies in fostering cross-border trade and payment. As a matter of reality, there are more than 1000 merchants accepting Bitcoin in South Africa.
Moreover, the infrastructure for the takeoff of digital tokens is solid. Telecommunication liberalisation across the continent has enabled internet accessibility remarkably.
Figures from GSMAindicates that half of the population in Africa subscribed to mobile telephony. Also, the statistics intimate that for the past two years smartphone usage in the continent has doubled to reach 226 million.
Termed the Money Transfer Protocol of the internet…Interviews from CNN
Click on image to link to www.saveonsend.com Does Bitcoin/Blockchain make sense for international money transfer?
Below are two Interviews that I have sourced through CNN.
In the first, CNN spoke to Werner Van Rooyen, Head of Business Development and Growth at LUNO, the biggest Bitcoin exchange in Africa about how Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies are naturally poised to offer Africans financial inclusion.
Please read carefully and leave behind some comments on the contents of the interview.
Interview number 1:
CNN: Has Bitcoin Anything to Offer Africa?
Click on image for a good link to Techmoran dot Com. Good articles and insights into Crtptocurrency.
Much of the existing financial infrastructure is inefficient: banks and branches are expensive, currency transfers can often be expensive and slow and most of the developing world is still unbanked.
There is the potential for Africans to leapfrog some of the existing financial services, in the same way, that many Africans skipped the part of owning a cumbersome and expensive land line and went straight to owning a mobile phone.
CNN:
Most African currencies are reeking of inflation. Does this make Bitcoin attractive as a store of value to Africans?
Bitcoin has been found to be largely uncorrelated to other asset classes. With most asset classes, there is a correlation (or inverse correlation), like when a country’s stock market goes down, the currency’s exchange rate usually also follows, same for the housing market. Bitcoin is largely uncorrelated, meaning it is becoming an attractive alternative to many investors.
CNN:
What do you make of some African governments tagging Bitcoin as a tool for terrorism and money laundering?
Werner van Rooyen:
I think this is mostly fueled by incorrect data, click-driven media hype and lack of understanding about Bitcoin. Firstly, I should say that the biggest facilitator of organised crime, including money laundering and terror financing, is cold hard cash.
Many other modern inventions, such as the Internet, Twitter, cars and cellphones, are currently being used to facilitate crime. It doesn’t mean that we should shut these technological advances down (I doubt anyone is seriously proposing it), but rather that the good that comes with it outweighs the bad.
Lastly, there is very little proof that Bitcoin is currently being used for these nefarious purposes. Remember: Bitcoin is only pseudo-anonymous: all Bitcoin transactions ever conducted are recorded in the Blockchain.
Studies by the UK government looking into the best channels for laundering money has consistently found the risk of Bitcoin being used as very low.
CNN:
Adoption in Africa is irritatingly slow. How do we push penetration?
Werner van Rooyen:
Education and user experience. At Luno, we’re doing a lot to tackle this. Our aim is to make Luno the easiest place to buy, sell and learn about Bitcoin. Something which is no trivial task, but we’re seeing fantastic growth in Africa, especially for our mobile wallet. We’ve also created a Learning Portalto help new people with some basic concepts about Bitcoin.
CCN:
Do you think Africans will finally embrace Bitcoin?
What makes Bitcoin more expensive in Africa than anywhere else?
Werner van Rooyen:
Bitcoin is a very liquid instrument: it’s easy to move around the world. This, in theory, means that it can and will trade at roughly the same exchange rate, wherever it is available.
Obviously, there are many factors at play, but since the price is determined by supply and demand, it means that in some places where the demand is low, it may trade at a lower price (and vice versa).
Another issue is connectivity: to transact in Bitcoin, you need an Internet connection and ideally a smartphone. Many places are still underserved by the telcos, but this is changing fast. The price of smartphones is also continuously getting cheaper.
CNN:
Could you paint a picture of the future of Bitcoin in Africa?
Werner van Rooyen:
It’s really too soon to tell, but what we’re seeing already today is really fantastic and I believe Bitcoin has a lot of potential in emerging markets in Africa and abroad.
Interview Number 2
Click on image to link to “How to buy Bitcoin in Africa.”
CNN also spoke to Adewale Bankole, President of the Bastiat Society and Humaniq Ambassador of Nigeria about the future of Cryptocurrencies in Africa.
Adewale Bankole:
Africa is an emerging market with lots of opportunities. People have been failed over time by fiat money that doesn’t hold value. It is ardouous for our local business people because the local currency doesn’t hold value and most of the time it has to be changed to dollars in order to access International Markets for raw materials and machinery for example. However, with Cryptocurrencies holding the same vallue Globally,it will become more and more seamless to transact business by Africans Globally. This will absolutely create a circle of human and economic development in Africa in the long run.
CNN:
So, it’s Africa that has a lot to offer Bitcoin and other Cyrptocurrencies and not the other way around?
Adewale Bankole:
Yes, the market is here for cryptocurrencies in Africa. Africa has lots to offer Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, simply because Africa needs an alternative to the weak and not – always – available fiat money. All products of cryptocurrencies will be well embraced if promoted in Africa. As we speak the vacuum for alternative means of payment is obvious in Africa at the moment.
CNN:
And do you believe Africans would embrace Bitcoin if the necessary awareness is created?
Adewale Bankole:
Absolutely. Once they see that it works. Africans really want something that works with value. The missing link here is the awreness about the technology.
CNN:
Do you think that the necessary infrastructure is there to make it thrive?
Adewale Bankole:
Yes, infrastructure is the key. However, average Africans have smartphones these days, which means that Bitcoin and other Digital Currency transactions can be done. Moreso, with their advent of their Fintech App, has made Africa a most fertile land for Cyrptocurrencies.
CNN:
From your perspective, do you see any challenges?
Adewale Bankole:
Sure. There are always going to be challenges from State and or Central Banks. Definately, they will feel threathened that Cryptocurencies will send them out of the Money Market Monopolisation. But with the persistent success of cryptocurrency transactions in Africa that are slowly solving problems and raising human development, cryptocurrency will surely take over.
CNN:
Penetration and adoption is painfully slow. What is the way forward?
Adewale Bankole:
At this point, I think that a wise governement in Africa that cares about FDI and overall economic growthshould just adopt cryptocurrency and let it work in their respective countries. I beleive adoption will rise steadily once the cryptocurrency companies spend more in sensitising African business people and Africans in general. It is obvious that people want an alternative to fiat money. People are tired of working hard for money and working harder to transact with it which is the current situation with fiat money in Africa. This is what I see on a daily basis.
CNN:
What about Civil Society? Do they have a role here?
Civil Society works to promote human development, and I think that they should be a major partner in this Cryptocurrency drive in Africa, since most Civil Society Organizationsalready have an area of interest and keen followers.
CNN:
Finally, why will you choose cryptocurrency over fiat currency?
Adewale Bankoe:
That’s obvious.
The ‘store of value,’
‘Easy to transact with,’
‘Accepted Globally,’ and
‘Appreciating progressively.’
CNN:
Thank you.
Click on image to learn more about ‘Bitpesa.’ Another good alternative.
Tanzania is the latest African Country that is embracing the tecnological currency revolution as it shows some impressive growth, despite the small numbers.
In Africa, it is Kenya, Nigeria andSouth Africa that are pioneers of Cryptocurrenency, but as the World of Bitcoin spreads, even places like tanzania are starting to show growth.
“The main hindrance to adoption of Bitcoin technology, which we do not often talk about, is the lack of awareness and skills to adopt the technology. Bitcoin currently is a sophisticated technology compared to the simplicity of existing platforms like M-Pesa, which my grandmother who does not even speak English can use. The Bitcoin technology needs to get simpler or integrate into other simpler platforms. We also need to get better at educating Africans about this technology.” – John Karanga of BitHub.Africa
The following ‘Bits and Pieces’ of information are trickling in from wonderful subscribers in Kenya and other parts of the World. I am extremely grateful of my subscribers as we all try to move forward here with the D9Clube…meaning whether we want to continue or not.
For everyone to have a proper understanding of what is going on, we all need to know and understand the new D9Clube terminology.
Update October 24, 2017.
D9Clube, Danillo Santana and and his band of co-conspiritors have vanished. The website and back offices are not accessible to any one.
So, the article below is not going to be any value other than History.
First and foremost, I am going to ‘label’ the initial D9Clube program from January 2016 to end of July 2017, as D9.1
Anything to do with the D9Clube after August 1, 2017, I am going to refer to as D9.2.
Everyone that accepted the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the new D9.2 program, now have access to their own back office.
Now Enter your following information: (See above).
Enter your login username
Enter your password
‘Check’ I’m not a Robot
Click on ‘Entrar.’
And you will see the following page below:
Now you need to click on ‘Access my statement.’ See the red arrow on the green pane. Click on it
and you will see a page very much like this:
You will see 4 different Balances on this page. It is important to understand what each of these balances are and what they relate to.
I my case as shown in the illustration, all of my balances are ZERO. Different people will have different amounts showing.
D9 Balance – This is the Balance that you can make ‘withdrawals from.’ Minimum $300.00, Maximum $1,000.00 weekly.
VIP Balance – This is the balance that is equivalent to your Bitcoin involvement. This value is in Bitcoin.
VIP B Balance – is reserved for those that want to purchase the $5,000.00 package.
D9B Balance – is the balance that has been carried forward into D9.2 from D9.1
Now, Let’s move forward…based on what we have.
If you have decided not to renew your main pre-existing account, no weekly DLD9 Payments or Direct Referral bonuses will be generated from those accounts. However, you will still receive funds from the Binary and bonuses from any new activation of new accounts under your existing account.
As a Networker/Builder it is advisable to register and activate new purchase packages linked to your main pre-existing account to generate the binary, indirect and residual amounts.
NO DIRECT REFERRAL BONUSES WILL BE PAID FROM THOSE NEW ACCOUNT ACTIVATIONS.
Balance D9-B
The Balance D9-B was created exclusively to return the value to the associates who did not recover their original purchase package amount. This can be any amount up to $2046.00 per package.
Balance D9-B cannot be requested as a withdrawal. Balance D9-B can only be used for existing account renewals and activations of new accounts.
Balance D9-B may be added to Balance d9 in the activation of a package. In the renewal of an Existing Package or in the activation of a new package, the maximum percentage of balance D9-B that can be used is 50%.
BALANCE D9-B DOES NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE.
Renewal Options to Receive DLD9
Those who have received the full $2046 of Balance d9-b, may use $1024.50 of this balance and will need to buy an additional $1024.50 in VIP Balance (Bitcoin) to activate a new Gold + account.
There will still be $1021.50 of Balance D9-b that can be sold or used to activate new accounts.
Those who receive $2046 of Balance D9-B, and do not want to reactivate or register new people, they can sell half of the D9-B Balance to an Upline or Downline member. This way, they will have the funds required to buy VIP Balance(Bitcoin) and reactivate their Gold+ package. Another way, which is a little bit more difficult, would be to exchange Balance D9-B for VIP Balance, to be able to buy a new Gold+ Package.
Career Plan Points and The Net Work Tree:
With the restart of D9Clube.2, the points of the Career Plan will still be maintained.
The Career Plan continues as the same as before. The rewards will be delivered at the company’s 2 year event in March 2018.
Due to all of the adjustments that have been made, the D9Clube claims that they have become the most solid Company among all companies in the Digital Marketing Arena. They will encourage all of their associates to make weekly withdrawals (minimum $300, Maximum $1000.00) to their respective Bitcoin Accounts.
Any associates that are no longer interested in being part of the D9Clube can sell their respective D9 Balances. D9.2 anticipates that in the beginning, most people will put up their D9-B balances up for sale first. They believe that by October 31st, all D9-B balances will have been purchased from all D9 members and non-members.
I am told…
That once each purchase account has received a net gain of $6241.00, then that purchase account has to be re-activated using the methods outlined above. In my opinion only, this raises yet another ‘redflag’ that the company is not using the funds generated from existing members to create profit on the markets to pay out the responsibilities on each package. Even though D9.2 has control now, they still have to perform to generate profits in order to pay out to their members without relying on new members coming in.
Please see video tuturials below to see what they are supposed to be doing:

Sports Arbitrage Guide 02 – The Myths & Cons
Professional sports arbitrage trading can be a great way to make money but it’s not always as easy or as fun as some people will have you believe. You need to know exactly what you are getting yourself into before you jump in blindly. D9 Club members have this aspect covered for them through the team of highly specialized D9 Club Traders who will be doing the trading for them…as we are all told.
Sports Arbitrage Guide 03 – The Money
In part three of the sports arbitrage betting tips series, Tim Trader talks about the MONEY. He discusses how much money you will need, how much money you could make, tax information, and more. Also, before leaving you here, I would like you to look at the sustainability and viability of this project.
A question that many of us will have is “How can this D9 program maintain such payouts and still be around a few years from now?”
The answer lies in “Arbitrage Betting,” or more precisely, “Arbitrage Trading.”
Arbitrage Trading is the only way to make constant profits from “Sports Betting.” You don’t even need to have an interest in sports or betting to take advantage of an Arbitrage Bet. Arbitrage is a trading technique that uses the difference in the price (odds) to make instant profit. It has been used for a very long time in financial markets, which can be difficult for non-professionals to access.
Unlike other MLM and Networking programs that rely solely on the recruitment of new members to pay the previous members (Read About Charles Ponzi Here), the D9 Club has a team of “Traders” including the Owner and CEO, that specialize in Arbitrage Sports Trading.
Let’s have a look at a Gold Plus package ($1996.00) that belongs to an Affiliate that does not participate in the Recruiting aspect of the D9 Compensation and Program.
The cost of the Gold Plus Package is $1996.00.
The Maximum Direct Referral Bonus paid out to the Affiliate that sold the package is $170.00 (50% of the 340 points).
The maximum payable in Binary Commissions would be $408.00 (40% of 340 points X 6 levels deep divided by 2 legs = $136.00 X 6 = $816.00 divided by 2 legs = $408.00).
The Indirect Referral Bonus paid out on six levels is $58.00.
This would leave a balance of $1360.00 for the D9 Traders to generate the $170.00 weekly required to pay the holder in due course of this Gold Plus Package for 52 weeks.
Arbitrage Sports Trading is a seven day per week platform. This would mean that the traders are required to generate $24.28 per day using the $1360.00 to sustain this 1 particular package. If we were to divide the amount required ($24.28) by the amount available ($1360.00), we would see that the Traders need to generate an ROI (Return on Investment) of only 1.8% per day.
1.8% per day ROI in the hands of a Competent Trader is very reasonable. Would you not agree?
The D9 program not only seems Viable, it also seems to be completely Sustainable.
Listen, people.
Was D9.1 a scam? Yes I think it was because all the profits were taken by top leaders through their personal accounts and never reached Danillo Santana and D9.1.
So those ‘Top Leaders” scammed all of us and ran away with the money. They are nowhere to be found.
However, Danillo is still here. I do not know this man, so I cannot vouch for him. The fact that he is still here, does say something.
Now, if he is setting up many more millions into another ‘Scam’…I cannot be sure of.
You and I are our own ‘Network Marketing’ Control Board.
I, on this site, simply try to provide information. Your actions are your own.
Here’s what I think….If you have come across this post, then reply to it.
Let’s get as much feedback as possible to move things forward in a proper manner based on the options given to us above.
Please forgive me for not writing earlier, but I have been waiting just like everyone else to see how one should move further.
As we all know, the original D9clube (let’s call it D9.1) started to wind down during the last three weeks of July with hopes of rejuvenation in August with the new and improved D9.2.
Actually by August 7th, D9.2 was up and running.
My biggest concern from the beginning and even to today is that if anyone is operating a ‘Global’ business, why would it not be done in the Universal Language of English?
Please leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
I think that the biggest and most urgent question that we are all asking is…Did we get ‘scammed’ out of our money?
From what I have learned so far, I can say only yes, and no.
I can only use myself as an example to see how it may affect others and their story.
I purchased a package from D9.1 in February 2017. My reasoning was that I cannot write objectively about this concept unless I am involved with it. The concept of ‘Arbitrage Sports trading’ see the video tutorials here
is what got me involved to seek further knowledge and ultimately set up an Information Website.
I am not a professional MLM or Network Marketing Specialist, but I do take some risks in programs that are ‘Passive.’ D9.1 said that I did not have to do any recruiting and that on my purchase package of $2046.00, I would earn $170.00 per week for 52 weeks which would give me a net gain of $6,241.00 over one year.
To me, this was completely viable based on ‘Arbitrage Sports Trading,’ and as long as they were ‘Trading’ to generate profits, this program could be sustainable.
See my thoughts on sustainability of the program here:
Right from the ‘Get Go,’ I told people here in Canada, that the D9.1 platform did not have a ‘seamless’ payment and joining process and this was a huge ‘red flag.’ Not too many listened because of the ‘outlandish’ amounts of money that one could make.
Those ‘Outlandish’ amounts of money were only made by the leaders and Danillo Santana and we were left holding the bag. (More on this in another post as I gather my information).
From the information that I have, D9.1 had huge amounts of cash flowing, but not through the company. It all went through the hands of a few top distributors who can no longer be found and even more importantly, some high level sub distributors that have turned their backs on their downlines.
All I can say is D9.1 is a complete MESS and I am told that by March of next year, refunds will be coming to those that were ‘messed up in the process.’
We can only wait and see.
The only ‘ray’ of light I see so far is that Danillo Santana did not run away and is trying to bring his vision to light through D9.2.
As more information becomes available to me, I will write and share what I know about D9.2 and what requires to be done to recover our funds.
Please leave your thoughts in the comments below as it will help me to help you.
