I had send VIP points to my Upline than there was a change in the back office when all of us from Kenya were told to wait till 2nd this August, to my amazement my Upline tells me all the VIP points were flushed away so i have lost $997.Is this practical why would this happen when it’s my pay I sent to my Upline,please help me understand

      I lost over 2,000 points.
      I do not have all the details yet, and I have no one to really get the details from.
      It is very frustrating.
